Hi, My tenant paid rent late 12 days late, only paid partial rent, and now I'm unable to get a hold of him. His lease is up end of February, what can I do. Thanks

Send a notice to pay or quit.

How do you send a notice if he is not there? Can you tape the notice to the door or do you have to hand it to someone?
