Getting sued for unlawful lockout

I rent my rooms out. Mutual friends (a couple) the girlfriend chose to go in a different room. The boyfriend was worn 3 times he had could not harass or threaten her ect On the 4th time I gave him the altamadem to leave in peace or I needed to call the police. At that time he choose to give me his keys and leave. Now he is tring to sued me

well trying/threatening to sue vs actually being sued are two different things. what type of advice are you looking for? i am not sure what your post is asking.
