Can Nevada landlord charge hourly rate for labor?

My tenants recently moved out & left gouges in the wall, deep oil stains on the driveway, the stove and surrounding cabinets covered in thick grease - all outside of the normal wear and tear.  We will be keeping a portion of the deposit to cover the products we purchased to fix those issues and providing them with a receipt.  As a Nevada landlord, can we also charge an hourly rate for labor?  If so, what would a reasonable cost be?  I know some states don't allow landlords to charge for labor and was wondering if Nevada was one of them.  Thank you.
