Tenant moved out w/out notice.

Our tenant move out w/out any notice.  She was a mth to mth tenant, she left no forwarding address and owes two month rent. She left us a two line ltetter and stopped pymt on her rent check. I know we should take her to court, but we only have her employer's address.  Any advise would be helpful.
