In the State of Arkansas with Security Deposit

In the laws it states that if a landlord owns 5 or less properties the security deposit is not regulated.  But if more than 5 properties are owned or if a third party management company collects the rent then the deposit must follow regulations.  My question is if I form my own company, but I still own only the 1 property and the company oversees the management does this constitute that my deposit requirements follow the regulations?
