how much could you take out of deposit for painting

Tenant has lived a year and needs cover up holes and touch up how much can I charge?

I think they should fill in the holes and have them paint the area themselves. Granted, you need to provide them with touch up paint. Of course, you'd have to trust that they do a good job and cannot have them pay for doing a bad job, either.

How much can I take out of deposit tenants moved out and it was a year lease how much can I charge of painting?
