SC Early lease termination addendum?

Hello Would you recommend including an Early Lease Termination Addendum in the state of SC?

I would include it in the lease. There is one on this website you can include in your lease.
Thank you. I just did not like the part that wants you to pre-set a $ amount for the tenants to pay.
