Early Lease Termination by a Military Tenant Due to Official Transfer

I have rented my single family house in Georgia to a person who is employed in military. The tenant has signed the lease which states that 2 months of notice + 1 month of rent to bear the expenses involved in finding a new renter in the case of early termination. Now the tenant has got his transfer order to another location and they gave us 35 days of notice. I'm new to renting a house to military person and I'm not sure of the Georgia law about the lease termination due to official reasons. I need to know what the tenant will owe me in this situation. Help me with the required information so that I could make this process smoother for both the parties.

Military personnel who are deployed on short notice are the only exceptions to the rule when it comes to early lease termination. They owe you only up to the point when they move out- nothing after that. Also, they only have to give 30 days notice. You can look up the law in your state, but this is the case for most states.
