need help with tenant not paying rent  he is late again

Hello, I live in nj,  I was. wondering what form I need...I have a tenant that is late on rent this is the third time he is late in the past 6 months..can I send him a notice to quit or do I need to send notice to cease

You must send him a notice of demand for payment! then if they still do not respond you can begin the eviction process.  At the time of eviction or if you make it a court matter you may be able to collect money owed plus any late fees or charges that you received as a result.
