Maintenance checks

I have given my tenants a one week notice that I need to perform a maintenance check inside their unit. If they are not available at the time I suggested, do they have to be present as long as I've given notice ?   I am in Oregon

No they do not have to be present, only 24 hours notice is actually required in most states.
