Are there any laws in Kansas regarding a no-children policy on my lease agreement? I see that a no-smoking policy is allowed, but what about something similar for no children?

No you cannot discriminate against children. However you can limit the occupancy of the unit based on your state statutes (usually 2 people per bedroom). You can discriminate against smokers. You can discriminate against pets (but not service animals).
