Any help on the language that needs to be added to a residential lease when the residence is held in a family trust.

From what I know and I may be wrong I believe the lease would still be worded exactly as a regular residential lease. However what ever happens to the property the tenant does have the right to their full lease length. The best thing to do in this situation other than talk to a real estate attorney would be to just notify the tenant so if there is a transfer of property they would have a heads up that this could happen.
