Right of Entry

We have a home in Florida which we have leased.  It has become necessary to sale the property so we have notified tenants that we will be start advertising and showing property on January 24th, 2015 per our lease terms.  The lease also states they will allow us to show the home during reasonable hours to prospective buyers with a 12 hour notice.  They have replied back with they will not allow us to enter home to show the house to prospective buyers and per law they do not have to even though it is in the lease.  Can they keep us from entering the house when it is written in the lease? Are there any financial ramifications to them in delaying the sale of our home?
