how many days does the landlord have to provide to tenant that they will be raising the rent.

The length of the notice is related to the amount of the rent increase. If you raise the rent 10% or less you must give at least 30 days notice. If the rent is greater than 10% you must give at least 60 days notice. Hope this helps!
