Non-Payment

Hello,  What is the law to send notification to someone's work? I live in Louisiana. Evicted my renters out and have been trying to obtain rent for the months they did not pay but do not have a forwarding address and not responding to my text messages, refuse to provide the information that is needed.  Sent out a payment arrangement for the back pay they owe. Since they moved out in January and were suppose to pay something the end of February for the back payments, is it too late to get my money.  Trying to see where I stand on this or what my options are, if any.   Thank you, Tina
