State Landlord-Tenant Law
Reverse Military Clause

I've heard that in VA there is a "reverse military clause". Which is, instead of the tenant being military and getting out of a lease with orders, it is the landlord that is military and has orders to return to where they own the home. They can break the lease in order to move back into their home. Can someone tell me if this is written anywhere or if it is even a real clause? Thank you!

There are a number of VA Laws that do have specific information pertaining to military, as far as I understand they can legally end an agreement but cannot kick a tenant out. There must be a mutual agreement from what I know. I hope this helps and there is a link here that may have information.
