I have a tenant that is saying because I did not put the name of the agent on our lease that he does not have to allow her access to show property. I gave him over 24 hours notice and he is saying I am the only one allowed to show property. Yet my lease clearly states landlord and/or agent.

Then as long as the agents name is on the notice they are allowed to enter. With they 24 hour notice the tenant cannot deny you or the agent entrance.
