phone line

Does OH law state that phone line service must be available to a tenant. Such as existing land line

It is not required in the State of Ohio to supply a phone line. You may want to make sure that there is some kind of communication set up wether it be wifi or online capabilities. And for security a safety you may want to make sure that the tenant has at least a cell phone.
