Rental property in a trust_ whose name be on the lease?

hi. if a rental property is in the name of a trust, on the lease what name should be there (in state of Washington) should it be trustees' names or trust, where it says 'Landlord'. If deed is in the name of Trust, who is the landlord?

Hey there: I believe you are to include the names of the trustee(s) as well as the name of the trust. Good luck!!! :)
