Does Texas have a SEAL law similar to the one below that extends the statute of limitations for bringing monetary claim against a tenant to 12 years? SEAL: The parties to this Rental Agreement and any attachments or addendums thereto, which are part of this Rental Agreement are intended to establish this Agreement, and those attachments and addendums under seal as evidenced thereof and the signing of this Rental Agreement, and the attachments and addendums thereto are intended to be a specialty and governed by the Annotated Code of Maryland, Courts and Judicial Procedure Article 5-102(a) (5) as amended from time to time which extends the statute of limitations in many situations to 12 years
