30 day notice to break month to month lease.

My month to month lease specifically requires a 30 day notice in writing of intent to vacate .My tenant gave me only twenty days notice, May I charge the remaining ten days to deposit money? I received first last and security deposit and the rental is located in Klamath Falls Oregon. Thank You

What happen to the last month rent? If it was applied and they move before end of month, what's the problem?
