security deposit for rent increase and renew lease

I live in Delaware and my 3 year lease is about to end. I have been offered to renew my lease with a rent increase. I would like to know, do I have to pay another security deposit or just pay the difference from the last lease to the new lease?     Shorty

If your landlord did not ask for the security deposit to be increased, i would only worry about the increase in the rent.
