In Oregon, we have two tenants, one home, both on the rental agreement (month to month). One tenant needs to move and be removed from agreement (our choice). How much notice of time do we need to give the tenant to move out, 30 or 60 days to move out?

That depends on the length of the agreement. Month to months usually require 30 days notice.
