3 day window to cancel?

do south dakota lease/rental agreements once signed have a 3 day window to cancel

No i do not believe this is true. Landlord must give 3 day notice to pay or quit with rent though. So basically the tenants get an extra 3 days to pay late rent before eviction is filed.
