What are the regulations or where may I find documentation that states we have the right to prohibit growth of plants and marijuana use on our properties?

If marijuana is legal, you can't totally prohibit its use. You CAN prohibit Smoking or Vaping of ANY KIND as that can damage your property. As to growing it, I think only four state allow individuals to grow it. Google "Can landlords forbid growing of marijuana in Wisconsin" or whatever your state is to see what the law allows. If you aren't in a state that allows it, you just have to forbid illegal activity and you should be good to go.
