Judge Ordered Tenant to pay back rent or vacate

We began the eviction process for a tenant and went to court. The judge ordered that the tenant pay the unpaid back rent to the court or she would have to vacate. The payment date for the tenant was five days after the original court date. During this same hearing the judge also requested us both to reappear at a much later date. After the judges set date for her to hold the backgroundI spoke to the court clerk and it was confirmed that the tenant did not pay the back rent. Can I now have her move out even though it's before the second court date?
