Pa service dog laws

Have a new house listed as no pets and no smoking. Person has a small dog she says is her therapy dog. Do I have to rent to her?

Therapy dogs are NOT protected by ADA (therapy animal does not equal service animal). To everybody other that the owner, they are treated as house pets.
