California has initiated state-wide rent control. Some properties are exempt and notices must be given to existing tenants. Will EZLandlordforms post templates for these notices and revise the lease agreement to reflect these changes? Thank you

I have the same question. From what I have read we must notify our tenants by January 1st, 2020 if our rental is exempt from Assembly Bill 1482 (Rent Cap and Just Cause). It would be nice if they can provide the new template and include it in our new lease agreements.
