Full deposit or no?

I live in California.  My almost 4 year tenant moved out within 15 days.  At first she did tell me she was moving a month ahead of time, but then she moved out in 15 days.  I don't see in the ez landlord that they have to give me 30 day notice.  So, do I have to give her the full deposit back?  or should  I hold back 15 days rent?
