Pets vs. Emotional Support Animal vs. Service Animal

In Alaska what are the laws, can I charge a deposit for an emotional support animal? ADA vs. Fed. Fair Housing Act. State Law?

You can always charge a "deposit" for any animals, ADA or Not. The law states that "you cannot deny" occupancy.
