Short Term rental in California

A recent tenant on a month-to-month lease gave 30 days' notice after living in my rental for 3 mos. She has been nothing but difficult that entire time, breaking the contract agreement every month.  She has moved out, the final walk-thru went well. I am sending the balance of the security deposit to her today. She's very argumentative on things that there is no reason to argue about and I would prefer to not have any further discussions with her.  Is it legal to block her phone number from my phone so that I stop receiving texts that are borderline harassment?
