Lease Violation

Hello, are we allowed to evict due to lease violations during Covid-19 restrictions? In my case, the lease clearly says no pets, I notified the tenant & gave her a chance to get rid of the pet explained that if the pet isn't removed it will result in eviction. However, the pet is still in the home.
