Tenant had high water bill because of toilet leak.  I had plumber fix the leak.  Tenant paid high water bill $432 and I reimbursed tenant.  Tenant cashed my check and then filed a dispute with his credit card company and reversed his payment of the water bill.    So.... I paid tenant for water bill and now the water bill is still owed.  Lease states tenant must pay water as utility.  However, if tenant doesn't pay, owner must pay to keep property. Thoughts??
