Hello.My name is EVGENIA , I am tip employee (bartender) Also Single mother with no child support of 11 years old boy, All business is shut down to the further notice I have no job no help,is it any new law or regulations which is help us about following the rent ,I am not able to pay rent for April. Thanks

Hello , I was wondering if I am by law allowed to evict a tenant , he has not paid rent since March

I think you are going to have to refer to the CARES Act on this and Florida Law. Some states have adopted a no eviction for 90 days during this pandemic. It does not mean that you do not continue to send notices in regards to not paying rent. Look into the current updates at myflorida.gov for information regarding eviction at this time. Not a fun time
