As they say, no good deed goes unpunished. I have a tense relationship with tenant of mine-She has been a tenant since 2018 and has been trouble since the start-The lease does not include lawn maintenance as the tenant is responsible. I have been providing the lawn maintenance since the beginning because I have a landscaper that takes care of other, larger lots of mine and I wanted to make sure that the lawn was taken care of--Recently the tenant went on blast mode on line against the landscaper stating that he does a bad job and hadnt been there when he was scheduled. She didnt complain to me and just bashed him and his company on line--I notified her that she could take care of the lawn from her forward and now she is threatening legal action against me for being retalitory. You cant win sometimes- I am looking for solutions as I am strongly considering simply selling the property to avoid future legal problems with her--this is her 2nd legal threat--
