My lease states that all fees and charges are considered "additional" rent, as Florida statue requires.
However does Not specifically says "late fees are additional rent".
Instead in late fees paragraph says "Tenant must pay a late fee of $70 in addition to rent".
Should I include the total with late fee in the 3-day notice to pay or vacate?
Or would I risk (as a there was a case in court) that the judge throws out the notice and makes me start all over again?
Appreciate any experienced non-legal non-professional opinion on this!
