New Lease sold to new Landlord

We finalized and signed our lease 2 weeks ago with the landlord and paid the deposit months ago. 2 days ago we were instructed that the lease was sold and to start calling the new landlord. Upon move in today, the house was not thoroughly cleaned, there was a strong Marijuana smell, walls needing hole repairs, repainting, etc. Within 4 hours mice were found and had destroyed a real butterfly display collection. We took pictures of everything we could possibly find for documentation. Do we have any rights in getting out of the lease since no notice was given of the sale to the new landlord?
