Validity of Lease

The lease that we make and print out from this site are valid by LAW in the respective states as well or not? Every state has some rules that are either stricker or loosened from other states. Does this site produce one generic lease or does it consider State Regulations into the consideration as well.

I have found that this site does contain unique clauses for different states. It is important to realize that the law may vary county by county, district by district and city by city, etc. I have my attorney review all documents before I use them.
