Notify them with a letter first. Make it stern and let them know that if they ignore the warning, their car will be towed at their expense. If they ignore the notice and continue to park or have their vistitors park in unauthorized areas, I would put a tow notice directly on the vehicle (keep a copy for yourself)with the time, date, location of car, make model and plate # expressing the date the car will be towed. Check the yellow pages for towing companies. Have the car towed if they do not listen. Beware: I have had tenants get very angry when I have towed their cars. I do not argue with them ever! If they get completely out of hand-simply call the authorities.
