Is an aquarium considered a "pet" in a lease agreement?

I have a 20 gallon saltwater tank. Should I pay a Pet Fee?

Sometimes an aquarium can cause just as much damage as a pet. I had a tenant who had a crack in the tank and had to replace carpet because of it.
