RENT IS $850 PER MO W/UTILITIES INCL. TENANT HAS CHOSEN NTO OPEN UTILITY BILLS AND PAY SAYING HE'S PAYING 350 IN BILLS. AND PAY REMAINING 500. I'VE SAID TO STOP THAT AND JUST PAY HIS RENT. NOW HE SAYS I'M RAISING RENT 350. NOTHING IS IN WRITING AS WAS FAM. FRIEND. WHAT CAN I DO? ALSO HE DOES TO PRPOERTY WHAT HE WISHES WITHOUT CONSULTING OWNERS! WE'RE NOT SURE IF IT SPACE IS REGISTERED AS A RENTAL AS IS A CONVERTED BASEMENT THAT WAS A REC. RM. NOW HE THREATENING ILLEGAL RENTAL AND WILL REPPORT TO HOUSING AUTHORITY. HE KEEPS MAKING DEALS AS IF HE IN A BARGANING POSITION. I WANT HIM TO STAY BUT ON MY TERMS NOT HIS.
