we took in my stepdaughter her two brothers and their mom, we only charge her 300 month which is less than 1/3 of the rent, they have been here since 1st of dec 2007, she has paid for 3 1/2 months rent so she is 3 1/2 months behins she refuses to pay and refuses to go bt our rules does not contribute to her share of food, we let them stay to help out with kids. do i need to serve her with an eviction notice she is not on lease

There are many different regulations that apply in a "boarder" situation. Have you asked them to leave and give them a certain date to leave? I would contact your local housing authority and find out what needs to be done to remove your unwanteds out of your home.
