AN IDEA FOR RENT PRICE

PLEASE ADVICE I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH RENT I CAN CHARGE MY NEW TENANT FOR A 2BR, HOUSE WITH KITCHEN, 1 FULL BATHROOM,LIVING ROOM, FRONT YARD WITH NEW COUNTER TOPS KITCHEN CABINETS, NEW SINK ,NEW PAIN THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA IN A NICE RESIDENTIAL AREA WITH BILLS INCLUDED I HAVE TOUGHT ABOUT 1800 ASKING FOR  1,2ND MONTH PLUS DEPOSIT OF 900.00  PLS ADVICE THANK YOU .prtllclaud@aol.com

I would suggest looking at the classifieds for similar rentals in that area to get an idea of what is the normal cost for that area.
