verifing information

In the past I have had someone else rent out my properties.I want to attemt it my self.But I am not sure how to go about checking there info once they feel out a application.Credit check rental histery etc.

I have had my prospects give me a copy fot heir credit report. I also make them show proof of their I want to pick up paperwork, deposit, etc., this can nreally show you what kind of tenant they will be. If their home is in ruins, chances are when they rent from you - your home will be in ruins as well. There are also many good companies that provide rental and credit checks for you. This site had some listed under the Resources tab.
