I need help. I just recently bought a rental property that i plan to live in. The previous owner evicted one of the tenants and they will not leave. What are my options since they do not have a lease with me or the previous owner?

What do you mean that the previous owner evicted the tenant? Did he actually go through court to have them removed? If not, you will have to go through proper notice, and then go through the procedures of the court to have this tenant removed by a constable or sheriff. If the property is in a PA suburb, this shouldn't take too long but if you live within Philadelphia city limits, it could take a bit longer.
