Tenant broke lease by getting a dog and now is trying to claim the dog is a "Companion" animal

Tenant moved into the property full aware that it was a "no pet" EVER property. 3 weeks later, she gets a dog and is now trying to claim that the dog is a "companion" and I legally cannot make her get rid of it. I think how convenient for her to claim that after she moved in knowing full well it is a no pet property. Does she have a case?

If your lease specifically expresses NO PETS than unless the pet is used for assistance specifically for a handicap such as a guide dog, then I would think that your tenant is violating the lease.
