who's responsibility for pest control?

My tenant found some kind of rodents died in the wall behind heating board, which generated bad smell. They asked me to contact pest control company to  check it, and request a pest control treatment in the house. I am a new landlord. I wonder who should be responsible for the cost of this kind of service.  Thanks,  Larry

If your Lease doesn't address it, most states would put that burden on Landlord.
