I have purchased investment properties earlier this year. My intention was to purchase both in a LLC to seperate it from my personal assets. Due to timing I was not able to accomplish this and had to finance both properties in my personal name. I am looking to put together a will. I was wondering whether anyone has some good suggestions with respect to structuring a will, and good asset protection & tax strategies to legally and feasibly accomplish the best result?

I owned a corporation that held some businesses but the property that these businesses were in was owned my me personally. I spoke to my insurance agent and he made sure I had very good coverage for any liable claims. I use an estate planning attorney for our wills as it can get complicated.
