Simple math

Lease starts on the 1st. Tenant moved in on the 8th. The rent is 650 I'd like to keep it on the 1st and prorate this months rent. What do they owe?

Pro-rate = $520. I usually use rent divided by 30 multiplied by # of days remaining. ( I count in the day they move in)
