Business Lease- pro-rating rent

We lease a manufacturing space in Kentucky.  Due to the ice storms, the area has been declared a disaster area.  The plant will be shut down about a month.  My lease anticipates pro-ration if I can't operate because of the building being uninhabitable.  Can I pro-rate the rent for "acts of God?"  The lease is silent on that.

I would think that if your lease anticipates pro-ration if you cannot operate because building is "uninhabitable" and your building has become uninhabitable. It seems to me that it wouldn't matter HOW it became that way as long as it wasn't due to negligence on your part.
